Software for fintech, built by one team.

Nymatic builds fintech and trading software: client portals and dashboards, onboarding and KYC flows, trading and portfolio interfaces, reporting pipelines and the AI that reads statements and documents. Security, audit trails and regulator-ready reporting are designed in from the first week, by one senior team.

What usually needs solving
  • Onboarding that loses customers

Identity checks, documents and approvals spread across tools, so applicants drop out before the first deposit.

  • Data that must be right to the cent

Positions, fees and statements reconciled across providers, where a rounding error is a compliance event.

  • Security and audit without slowing down

Every action logged, every permission explicit, and still a product people enjoy using.

What we build
  • Client portals and dashboards

Positions, performance, documents and support in one place, on web and mobile, with role-based access.

  • Onboarding and KYC flows

Document capture, verification provider integration and approval queues that get applicants to funded faster.

  • Reporting and document AI

Statement, invoice and contract extraction with measured accuracy, and reporting pipelines that produce the regulator's format.

Questions
How do you handle security and compliance?

Least-privilege access, full audit logs, encryption at rest and in transit, and infrastructure in your own cloud account from day one. We work to your regulator's requirements and document the controls as we build.

Do you integrate with brokers, banks and KYC providers?

Yes. Market data, custody, payments and identity providers are integrated through their APIs, with sandbox testing before anything touches production.

Can AI be used safely with financial documents?

Yes, with limits. Models run under a data-processing agreement or inside your cloud, extracted values are checked against an evaluation set, and every number keeps a link to its source page for review.
