Start with a project. Keep the team.
A defined first project, then the same people, week after week.
Nymatic works in one rhythm. A defined first project with a fixed scope, so you see how the team works before committing to more. A demo every Friday, a written update every week, code and accounts in your name, and a 30-day fit guarantee. Most teams keep going with the same people after launch.
A week with Nymatic.

Something shipped or demo-able, plus a written update you can forward.
Every Friday, without exception. If a week slips, you hear it from us first, with the plan to recover.
Written into every proposalKnow what we shipped, without asking.
The portal is where the week lands: what shipped, what we’re on, what needs you. Private to your company, with a morning email so nobody chases anyone.
Only what needs you
Approvals and questions land at the top of Home. Approve or reply in one click.
The week, day by day
Every finished request shows up on the day it shipped, with one plain line on what changed.
Your month on one page
What we shipped, what we improved unasked and how busy your team was. Save it as a PDF.
Private by design: you see only your own company’s data, and the database enforces it, not just the app.
From kick-off to rhythm.
Thirty days is enough to know. That’s why the fit guarantee ends there.

Goals, users, constraints. Access to repos, tools and the people who decide.
- Week 1
Discovery
Workshops, a scope and a plan you can hold us to. A Linear board you can see.

The first demo: a clickable prototype or the first shipped slice.
- Week 4
In rhythm
Weekly demos, written updates, a roadmap that is yours to reprioritize.
- Day 30
Fit check
Not the right fit? You walk away with everything we built. Most teams keep going.
No surprises. That’s the feature.

Everything in your name
Repos, cloud accounts, documentation. Yours from day one.
Easy to start. Easy to stop. Hard to leave.
Not the right fit in the first month? You walk away, no questions.

Before you start.
How do we start?
With one defined project, scoped in the first week. You see the plan before you commit to it.
How do you price?
By scope, not by hours. The first project is fixed in scope and price after the planning week, so you know the number before any code is written. After that the team continues monthly, sized to your roadmap, with every cost in accounts you own. We never publish rates or ask for your budget: the proposal carries the price.
How is this different from hiring in-house or an agency?
An agency delivers a brief; a hire fills a seat. Nymatic gives you a senior team that also helps you decide what to build, what to leave out and which AI use cases are worth it, then builds and runs it. CTO, product, design, engineering and cloud from the first week, and the same people after launch.
Can we grow or pause the team?
Yes. The team is sized to the roadmap, not to a contract. Add a role when the work needs it, step down between releases or pause after a milestone; changes are agreed a few weeks ahead so the same people stay on your product.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, cloud accounts and documentation are in your name from day one.
What if it isn’t working?
You say so, and we fix it or stop. If the first month is not the right fit, you walk away with everything built so far, in your name, and no further commitment. After that, engagements run month to month, and problems are raised the week they appear, with a plan, not at renewal.
Do you work with companies outside Canada?
Yes. Hubs in Windsor, Ontario and Beirut cover North American, European and Gulf working hours, and we have shipped products for companies in ten countries, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Australia and West Africa. Work happens in your tools and your time zone, with a written update every Friday.

Three quick questions, then pick a time. The people who’d build it read it the same day.
