Terms
Terms of use for nymatic.io. Engagement terms are set out in each proposal and agreement.
This site
nymatic.io is operated by Nymatic. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
What the site is for
The site describes what we do and lets you plan a project, send a brief, book a call or ask a question. Nothing on it is a binding offer. The scope, timeline, team, guarantees and price of any work are set out in a written proposal and a services agreement between you and Nymatic. Where this site and an agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Content
Text, design, code and images on this site belong to Nymatic or are used with permission, including client names and logos, which appear with each client’s consent. You may read, link to and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site, reuse the design or present our work as yours.
Answers from Ask Nymatic and demos
Ask Nymatic answers from the content of this site and can be wrong or out of date. Treat its answers as a starting point, not advice. Any interactive demonstration on the site runs on sample data; its output is illustrative and must not be relied on for business decisions.
Your submissions
What you send through the planner, the brief form or chat must be yours to share and must not contain confidential information you are not allowed to disclose. We treat it as confidential and use it only to respond and to prepare an engagement, as described in the privacy policy.
Third-party services
Booking, chat and a few protective services on this site are provided by third parties named in the privacy policy, under their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Nymatic is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes about the site go to the courts of Ontario.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to info@nymatic.io.
