Software for energy, built by one team.

Nymatic builds operational software for energy and fuel businesses: allocation and distribution platforms, live inventory and delivery views, supplier and customer portals, and the data pipelines that feed them. We have run fuel allocations from one live view in production and keep the same team on the system after launch.

What usually needs solving
  • Allocations managed in spreadsheets

Volumes, quotas and deliveries tracked across files and phone calls, so the live position is always a reconstruction.

  • Many parties, one supply chain

Suppliers, depots, hauliers and customers each hold a piece of the picture and none of them see the whole.

  • Regulation and audit

Every litre, price and movement must be traceable later, which is hard when the record was a message.

What we build
  • Allocation and distribution platforms

One live view of stock, quotas, orders and deliveries, with rules for who gets what when supply is short.

  • Partner portals

Suppliers and customers place, track and confirm orders in their own portal, with the operator in control of the rules.

  • Data pipelines and dashboards

Meter, terminal and ERP data brought together, reconciled and shown as decisions, not exports.

Questions
Can it connect to terminal, meter and ERP data?

Yes. We integrate with what exists, from modern APIs to scheduled flat files from legacy systems, and build the reconciliation layer so the numbers agree before anyone sees them.

How do you handle audit and traceability?

Every change is recorded with who, when and why, and reports are built for the regulator's format from the start, so an audit is a query rather than a project.

Do you work with fuel distributors outside Canada?

Yes. Our energy work includes a fuel distribution platform in production in Australia, and the team covers North American, Gulf and Asia-Pacific working hours from two hubs.
